What does the Green Guarantee cover?
If a plant dies under our care on the Assured plan, we replace it at no extra cost. No questions asked. Exotic or imported species are excluded we'll always tell you upfront if a plant is at high-risk.
Are fertilisers included?
Yes. All fertilisation and basic treatments are included in your plan price. No surprise bills for "special fertiliser" or pest sprays. What you see is what you pay.
What happens after each visit?
You receive a visit report on WhatsApp about what was done, plant health status, and any observations. Full transparency, every time.
Do you visit if I'm not home during the visit?
No, we dont't visit if no one is home. We want to ensure your plants get the best care, and that means having someone there to guide the Maali.
How do you count my plants?
Your Maali counts and photographs every plant on the first visit. That count becomes your contract baseline, no self-reporting, no disputes later.
Can I pause or cancel my plan?
You can pause anytime with 7 days notice. Cancellation is available after the current billing cycle.
